Our fees and pricing

I believe that conversations about money are part of ethical practice. Fees reflect my training, experience, and the level of responsibility involved in the work, while also recognising that people and organisations come with different circumstances and constraints.

Counselling, coaching, supervision, and consultancy each involve different forms of work and accountability, and are priced accordingly. Clear contracting helps ensure that roles and boundaries remain appropriate and transparent. I aim to:

• Be open and upfront about fees
• Offer clarity rather than surprise
• Review work regularly to ensure it remains useful and proportionate

A small number of reduced-fee counselling spaces may be available, subject to availability and review. For charities and public-sector organisations, I am open to discussing scoped or fixed-fee work where this supports accessibility and sustainability.

If cost is a concern, I encourage an open conversation. We can often think creatively about pacing, format, or scope so that support remains ethical, realistic, and beneficial.

Payment and practicalities

• Payment is required in advance for individual sessions
• Invoicing is available for organisations
• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations (full fee otherwise charged)
• Fees are reviewed annually
